1 player - Custom controller / arcade game

The theme given for this project was the Custom Controller. The challenge here was to design a peripheral and the game that went with it. Our approach was first to think about the controller and then the game that goes with it.

Our system was based on a particular installation : 5 robots around the player, who plays the foreman of a robot factory who has to whip them to keep them productive and increase his score.
 

In this way, the player actually whips the robots that are present in the game space.

The particularity is that the robots have a kind of AI, speaking to indicate vocally to the player in which condition (good, weak or boosted) which change randomly.
