Board game executed in my first year of Master Game Design at ICAN

Hybrid board game
The theme of the project was to develop a hybrid board game, mixing traditional and digital support. But instead of that, our group developed a modular motorised board, potential support for several games. Our idea was to offer the possibility to develop different kind of games in following the specificity of our machine.
 
The Modulift consists of a 3*3 square checkerboard. Each square has a servomotor that allows it to change height independently. The height of the squares is therefore controlled by computer.
All the pieces and the board has been printed with a 3D print following a custom scheme designed with a 3D software.
In the optic to sell this prototype, i realized a User Research and created wireframes of an eventual website.
